About us - The Cash Doctors Story

 

Cash Doctors is an innovative online lender, pioneering the way in convenient and responsible short term online loans. Now Australia's largest online short term lender, it was founded in November 2005 by Greg Ellis and Sean Teahan two young guys who know what it's like to need a quick cash injection.

Back then, Greg and Sean were acutely aware of being short of cash. They threw every cent they had into starting Cash Doctors - so they had very little money for themselves. They even had to mow lawns part time to make ends meet.

Like everyone, Greg and Sean needed cash to go out, have a weekend away or pay bills. Today, every aspect of Cash Doctors has been shaped around Greg and Sean's personal experiences and their intimate understanding of people who need a little extra cash from time to time.
