New Cash Doctors features

Throughout late 2006 and early 2007 Cash Doctors has been busy putting together some improvements to the way you can get your online payday loans. Below are explanations of the features as they apply to new and existing clients. Please contact us if anything is unclear. The bottom line is you don't need to fax us anything and you'll be kept up date about everything the entire time.

Existing Clients

You'll be sent a username and password allowing you to log-in to your member area. If you forget it when you want to apply again, you'll be able to generate a new one by clicking the forgot password link anytime.

Log-in an apply. The application form will be the first thing you see unless you have an outstanding loan with us. You won't have to key in your details again because they'll be automatically filled out for you. But you will have to confirm that certain details have remained the same as you do now.

Having submitted your application, you'll see how your application progresses. Aside from having constant access to the member area, you'll receive emails and SMS messages to keep you up to date with approval, your contract and payment.

The first status you'll be in after you apply is 'Await Approval.'

If approved, you'll quickly move to 'Await Contract' Again, you'll get an email and SMS alerting you to the fact that your contract is waiting for you to sign. When you log-in, the contract will be very clear.

Read the contract to make sure the amount and date are what you want. Read the important information and other terms, then sign the contract digitally.

Your status will then change to 'Await Payment.'

When you are paid via your selected method, you'll receive an email and SMS letting you know. In your log-in area your status will change from 'Await Payment' to displaying your current loan details.

You can view these loan details, your contract or edit your details any time.

You will receive an email and SMS the day before your direct debit is due to come out of your bank account.

You can also see whether you are eligible for a VIP 15% discount given to clients after their 7th loan.

If your loan has been paid on the due date and Cash Doctors is awaiting payment confirmation, you can still apply as you can now. A loan cannot be given if you have an outstanding loan or Cash Doctors awaits payment confirmation.

New Clients

When you apply, you'll choose a password.

After you apply you will receive an email and SMS asking you to contact your payroll officer to let t hem know Cash Doctors will be in touch to confirm some details.

Having contacted your payroll officer, you then let Cash Doctors know, so the application can progress.

When Cash Doctors hears from you, you will receive a username and your password allowing you to log-in to your member area. If you forget it, you'll be able to generate a new one by clicking the 'forgot password' link anytime.

You'll receive emails and SMS messages to keep you up to date with how quickly Cash Doctors has contacted your payroll officer, approved your application or otherwise, created your contract and paid you.

If approved, you'll quickly move to 'Await Contract' You'll get an email and SMS alerting you to the fact that your contract is waiting for you to sign. When you log-in, the contract will be very clear.
