Q: Is there any age requirement for online registration?
A: Yes, you must be 13 years of age or older to register online.
Q: Do I have to be a resident of a particular state or country in order to be eligible for this offer?
A: No. The offer is valid for all registered Hoyts Movie Club members with valid photo identification, regardless of the place of residency.
Q: Is this offer available for all ages?
A: This offer is available to anyone over the age of 13.
Q: What kind of identification do I need to show at the box office?
A: Valid photo includes Government issued passport, Drivers License, Proof of Age, Keycard, School ID (must list DOB). Where photo ID is not available, a notarised copy of a Birth Certificate is required to be eligible for your free ticket.
Q: I didn't receive an email with my voucher for a free ticket?
A: If for some reason you do not receive your email 10 days prior to your birthday, please print a copy of your Hoyts Movie Club account details so we can verify that you are in fact a Hoyts Movie Club member. Note, you will still need to provide valid photo identification at the box office in order to receive your free ticket.
Alternatively, log in to hoyts.com.au/celebrate and print your ticket.
Q: I can't come on my birthday. Can I get free admission to a Hoyts Cinemas on another day?
A: Unfortunately, no. The free admission to a Hoyts Cinema on your birthday offer is only valid for free admission on your birthday between August 1, 2009 and July 31, 2010.
Q: When can I pick up my birthday ticket?
A: Guests can pick up their free birthday ticket for admission to a Hoyts Cinema on their actual date of birth.
