What if I have a complaint?
Cash Doctors takes customer complaints very seriously, which is why we have voluntarily joined the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL). This means that there will always be a fair and objective investigation into any complaints that may arise for both the customer and Cash Doctors.
