Why do I need to contact my payroll?
On your first cash advance, Cash Doctors needs to confirm your employment details. You have two options.
We can do a quick call to your payroll to confirm employment details. All you have to do is give your payroll officer permission to speak to us. This saves you faxing any documents.
Most employers won't confirm an employee's details without their verbal or written consent. This means that you need to contact your payroll to give them permission to confirm your details with us.
Here's what we check:
- Your income - so we're lending only an amount you can afford
- Your address - to send you your free Cash Doctors card
- Bank details - to pay you cash in 60 minutes
- Your employment status - to help us work out your eligibility
- The frequency and date of your next pay - so we can set up your direct debit for you
If you'd prefer us not to contact your payroll officer you can privately send the following documents to us now - fax 07 55 917 616 or scan and email to docs@cashdoctors.com.au
- Your 3 most recent payslips
- A recent bank statement (from the last 30 days) showing BSB and account number, and your salary being deposited
- Proof of Address (if your current address is not shown on your bank statement - such as a gas or phone bill)
This step only happens when you first join. After that, your applications are processed and paid in seconds 24/7.
