Payment Clearance Times Over Christmas

Due to public holidays over the Christmas/New Year break there will be a small delay in clearing direct debit payments. A schedule of clearance time is as follows:

Payments drawn - 21/12/11 will clear on 28/12/11
Payments drawn - 22/12/11 will clear on 29/12/11
Payments drawn - 23/12/11 will clear on 30/12/11
No transactions will be processed from 24/12/11 - 27/12/11
Payments drawn - 28/12/11 will clear on 03/01/12
Payments drawn - 29/12/11 will clear on 04/01/12
Payments drawn - 30/12/11 will clear on 05/01/12
No transactions will be processed from 31/12/11 - 02/01/12

Direct debits from the 3rd of January onwards will return to normal (i.e. 3-day clearance time).

We appreciate that these clearance times can be a hassle when you need another cash advance - especially over the long weekends.

Note: There is an alternative to waiting for the direct debit to clear. If you contact us at least one full business day before your direct debit payment is due we can arrange an alternative payment method. If you repay by cash, we can clear the payment immediately upon receiving the printed receipt. If you repay by Internet transfer, we can clear your payment on the next business day.

The alternative payment methods will enable you to bypass the extending direct debit clearing times and give you quicker access to extra funds.
