Paperless Was A Hit!

Andy Honeywell with a quick update on what's happening in the Cash Doctors operating theatre! Thanks to everyone who gave feedback about the new paperless process which started October 4.

From all accounts, we achieved what we set out to do....make it as easy as possible for those needing a quick cash injection to get it. Plenty were relieved not to hunt down documents and copy and fax them, and to be honest, we were glad not to be messing about with our fax machines so much. Anwyay, we'll run with this for a while and see how it  goes.

Early in 2007, we've got one or two more ways to make the process more user friendly. We're working on them over the next few weeks. I'm really excited to be able to remove some of the hassle for people and it's great to hear it working for you.
