It’s a statement that makes you have a sick sort of feeling in your stomach, brought on by your sub-conscious, thanks to all those things that get pushed by the way-side due to the pressures of everyday life.

Now you may be thinking ‘nah I can’t be bothered doing that, its too much hassle’, but it really is your chance to get your money back for a those work-related expenses that you had throughout the last financial year. They all add up you know!

There are a number of ways in which you can file your tax return, but the fastest and most efficient way is to do it is online. Head to the Australian Tax Organisation website’s e-tax page and download the free software which allows you to file your tax return online.


It gives prompts throughout the entire process so it’s pretty easy, plus it means you’ll get the money straight into your bank account (so no waiting for cheques in the mail! Bonus!)
