Important Information - Your Fees
Just a quick update on one or two things...
First of all, our fees changed slightly when we launched 24/7 loans on July 1. It's a lot easier to understand now - 26% of each cash advance you get.
For most people it will work out cheaper, but for some very small cash advances or those for just a few days, the fee might be a touch higher than it used to be.
So when you get your next cash advance with us, make sure you keep an eye on your contract and check the fee suits you, or play with the calculator before you apply.
After all, your fee might be a smidge different from what it was before.
Overall, the 24/7 launch has gone pretty well. We've had a couple of technical issues, but overall members have been amazed at how quick the cash arrived, and have appreciated the comfort of the cash advance facility.
