7/05/2008 - I'm writing this in regards to my recent communication with your Recoveries Department about my overdue Cash Doctors account. I’ve worked in collections and recoveries for the past 10 years with banks and mercantile agencies and have dealt with high levels of client financial hardship. Personally, I would have to say my dealings with your staff member Raylene have been by far the greatest level of customer service I have ever witnessed. Until recent family problems, I was always paying my accounts on time. I was put under severe financial difficulty and unfortunately my Cash Doctors account suffered for a period of time. Your Recoveries Department was courteous and prompt with returning e-mails and follow up calls. She was and always willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure my needs were met and a suitable resolution of my outstanding debt was achieved. To date I have never had such excellent service from any creditors. I finalised my account today with Cash Doctors by internet transfer. I again would like to thank your staff, and in particular Raylene, for treating me like an individual, not just a number or an amount required to meet a monthly budget. Thank you for your time. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to Cash Doctors as the company does genuinely help its customers to the best of their ability. SV, NSW
