Hi, I just wanted to let you know how great your staff were during that time. I have been with you guys for quite some time, I think I have had like 25 of these loans thru you, so I consider myself to be a good customer. However, it was also something I relied on being available instantly whenever I wanted it so the system errors really through me out. However, your staff kept me up to date personally and as soon as humanly possibly had a loan through for me manually. I cannot say how much I appreciated their help. I know computers go down, that is part of life, but it had an effect on my life. Your staff were all patient and genuinely sympathetic. I was regularly updated and was one of the first to get my loan through when it could be done. Well the process was very simple, and when comparing the process to any other forms of membership or lending I have crossed in the past was spot on. I needed some extra cash and you supplied it quickly! You delivered the cash within a couple of hours, I filled in the forms, went to a meeting and when I got back I had the cash!!

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for being there to help us out in financial diffulculty. Our daughter has been on a lung transplant list for 12 months due to one lung only working and our son has grandmal seizures frequently due to his epilepsy so Cash Doctors has been a god send as we have used this facility every time we go to Sydney for treatment. Having moved away from our family, life can sometimes be difficult without any close family support, especially where money is involved. I'm writing this in regards to my recent communication with your Recoveries Department about my overdue Cash Doctors account. I’ve worked in collections and recoveries for the past 10 years with banks and mercantile agencies and have dealt with high levels of client financial hardship. Personally, I would have to say my dealings with your staff member Raylene have been by far the greatest level of customer service I have ever witnessed. Until recent family problems, I was always paying my accounts on time. I was put under severe financial difficulty and unfortunately my Cash Doctors account suffered for a period of time. Your Recoveries Department was courteous and prompt with returning e-mails and follow up calls. She was and always willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure my needs were met and a suitable resolution of my outstanding debt was achieved. To date I have never had such excellent service from any creditors. I finalised my account today with Cash Doctors by internet transfer. I again would like to thank your staff, and in particular Raylene, for treating me like an individual, not just a number or an amount required to meet a monthly budget. Thank you for your time. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to Cash Doctors as the company does genuinely help its customers to the best of their ability.

In all honesty I find applying for the loan, receiving the loan very good and timely. You seem to be running this very well. I have never applied for a loan and had such a quick response and receiving the money was very quick also. Also applying on the internet was very easy. I also rang your office and they were very helpful as well.

I think that Cash Doctors is quite fast and efficient. I have had no problems with accessing the service and all things are done well. The only times it has taken a while is if I haven't got my information in on time but otherwise staff a great and always answer and questions that I have.

I've been really happy with the experience. I earn enough money but I'm no good at managing it from pay to pay. Some times I do it well, sometimes not so well. Also being in sales, being able to use the service when I have a bad month has been helpful. I think the paperless application is great as it takes out the stress in having to locate documentation that you know you have filed but don't know where or having to get to a fax machine.
